    Thanks for the great post.
    It’s always good to know about new tools. I’m using Xero but with Campaign Monitor (http://www.campaignmonitor.com) and PipeJump (http://www.pipejump.com). Will never switch those as I think they are far better tools but wish they would integrate as nicely as you mention here.

      Thanks for your comment.

      We’ve been using Campaign Monitor too for our newsletters and some clients however its downside for us now is that there isn’t a facility to send autoresponders apart from the initial one sent on subscription. MailChimp can handle both broadcast campaigns and autoresponders. I’ve had a quick look at PipeJump; to compete with Capsule it would need to be Team subscribtion and above, which unfortunately works out a lot more expensive than Capsule.

      What do you think is the main advantage of using Campaign Monitor over MailChimp?

    For web conferences you should try http://www.showdocument.com ,
    Great for online teaching and collaborating. I use it for working on my designs with other in my field.
    Its free and pretty simple – you just upload your file and invite others to view it together.
