Q.1 How will TJConsulting help me?
TJConsulting Virtual Assistant will save you time. We will help you to complete those tasks that take up too much of your time. You will then be able to concentrate on what you should be doing or what you would prefer to be doing. Using a Virtual Assistant will simplify your life.
Q.2 How do I know my work will be treated as confidential?
We will sign an agreement with suitable clauses. As experienced Virtual Assistants we have systems in place to ensure that each client's work, financial information and project documents remain confidential.
Q.3 What hours do you work?
TJConsulting are available Monday-Saturday, usually between 9am and 7pm UK time.
Q.4 Do you complete short notice tasks?
Absolutely! TJConsulting Virtual Assistant is very flexible and will endeavour to assist you on short term, urgent tasks.
Q.5 What locations do you cover?
TJConsulting is based in West London but due to the nature of being virtual personal assistants, we have clients throughout the UK, US and Australia.
Q.6 Can you come to our office to work?
TJConsulting are happy to work at the client's premises in Greater London area.
Q.7 Can you work with me on a regular basis?
TJConsulting VA can work for you as many or as few hours that would suit you on either regular or adhoc basis. For regular clients we offer retainer agreements offering up to 20% off the hourly rate.
Q.8 How do you price tasks?
Tasks are priced individually depending upon the type of task, complexity and the duration to complete. PA services are usually priced on an hourly basis. Creative and web services are priced per project. Book-keeping is priced as a monthly fee.
Q.9 How do you accept payments?
TJConsulting will invoice you on a monthly basis or at the end of each project. You can pay via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
Q.10 Can you provide references or samples of previous work?
We can provide references, some are available to view on LinkedIn profile. We have a wide portfolio of projects, some samples can be downloaded on LinkedIn. Others are available upon request.
