TJConsulting is run by 3 partners (Tamara, James and Diane) and relies on the wide network of other Virtual Assistants, who get involved with particular projects as and when required. We are a member of the VA Support Group, Society of Virtual Assistants, Alliance of UK Virtual Assistants and A Clayton's Secretary (Australia).
Tamara Baranova
Managing Partner
Originally from Estonia, Tamara has been in the UK since 2003. She's graduated with first class degree in Computing from London Metropolitan University and has been working in large blue-chip companies in the City for over 5 years. She has been providing Executive Support to senior directors in IT, HR, Policy, and Finance. She is a certified Project Manager (PRINCE2) with excellent computer skills. In 2007 Tamara came across the idea of working as a virtual assistant and helping small businesses be more efficient. After the initial research TJConsulting was launched in November 2007.
Tamara is responsible for business development, networking and client care. She will be managing your VA services support and writing newsletters and social media campaigns. She loves social media marketing, learning about new developments in the world of IT, new gadgets and egyptology.
James Scott
Partner
A scotsman from East Anglia, James has been building up his career in media production and IT for the past 10 years. He's graduated with BSc in Audio Music Technology and is a fully-qualified sound engineer. James is our in-house graphics designer who can whizz some fantastic creations for your press releases, web sites, branding and promotional materials. He can create bespoke YouTube podcasts for your business, audio files to sell from the website or as CDs, edit talking newspapers.
Generally he's more a behind-the-scene man, who is invaluable when it comes to creative web projects. James is fond of climbing, walking in the Peak District, achieving perfection and music.
Diane Scott
Partner
Based in West Yorkshire Diane has been working as a Office Manager for over 25 years. She is experienced with managing sales, customer service and office administration. She is a fantastic book-keeper who can transform your pile of receipts and invoices into a thought-out and easy-to-use system. Meticulous and organised, she is managing social media campaigns and profiles for our clients, as well as dealing with all internal administration TJConsulting requires. She proof-reads all newsletters and communications to ensure they look just perfect. You will definitely come across her work, even though you may not realise it.
Diane loves reading, books and antiques. Her hobbies are finding rare books for special orders, gardening and selling items on eBay for friends and family.
